Qk4’s Board of Directors Names Taylor Kelly, PE New President & CEO
Qk4’s Board of Directors is pleased to name Taylor M. Kelly, PE, President and CEO effective July 1, 2016.
Taylor Kelly takes over the top leadership role from Glen Kelly, PE, who held those positions since 2013. Glen Kelly will remain with Qk4 as an executive vice president and senior project manager in order to, as he said, “focus solely on delivering the toughest projects for the best clients in and around Kentucky.”
Taylor Kelly has been with Qk4 since 2010 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2013. He will continue to serve clients as a transportation engineer and project manager.
Taylor Kelly commented, “On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Glen for his extraordinary contributions as our CEO. Glen hands over leadership of a robust and growing company that he has strongly positioned for continued growth in the coming years.”
Taylor Kelly continued, “At Qk4, we understand that good engineering is more than technical know-how and delivering black lines on white sheets of paper. We help clients protect people and property from harm, we help them create jobs, we help bring people together, we help businesses grow, and we help strengthen communities.”
“Our mid-sized firm (90 employees) has delivered some of the largest engineering projects in Kentucky and across the South. We’ve been doing that for four decades and will continue for many decades to come. I am honored that our Board has asked me to lead us forward.”
